The company currently manages Sherman Hills Golf Club in Brooksville, FL, and an 11,500 sq. ft. commercial office building in Jacksonville and has one golf course under construction in Jacksonville, FL. Links Management provides management services for golf course owners and developers. These services include project development and management, construction management, comprehensive golf course operations management, accounting and financial management, feasibility analysis, business plans and financing packages. It is important to note for construction and development purposes, that Links Management is licensed as an irrigation, utility and excavation contractor.

Links Management has developed a successful model for developing and managing affordable daily fee golf courses. Kent Curley has over 25 years of golf course construction management and operating experience. He is a member of the National Golf Foundation, the United States Golf Association and the National Golf Course Owners Association. Kent began his career in 1971 as an irrigation contractor specializing in golf course construction. As the business developed and jobs became more complex, Curley progressed to overall course construction. To-date, Curley has been intimately involved in the construction of over 100 golf courses worldwide.

Panther Creek Golf Club, Inc. - 18-hole daily fee facility located at I-10 and Chaffee Rd. in Jacksonville, FL. Panther Creek will offer a unique golf experience with two distinct 9-hole layouts spread out over 450 acres.
